Each class will include a teaching on the 4 C’s of a cheeseboard as well as a step-by-step instruction for how to assemble a 10 inch charcuterie platter.

We're so excited to host our first ever bourbon and charcuterie night!

-a 90 minute teaching from Courtney Bowman of Raleigh Cheesy where you will learn the in's and out's of how to create a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. Courtney will walk you through the 4 C's of a charcuterie board, how to shop for ingredients, and how to style a spread that will pair perfectly with Lonerider's Beers and Bourbon offerings.
-Tastings of multiple beers and bourbons from Lonerider Spirits with descriptions and explanations of their flavors included from their staff.
