MEET COURTNEY.

Hi! My name is Courtney and I have no chill.  You heard me.

I’m the person who will loudly cheer for you when you get your dream job, scream for excitement when you tell me you’re engaged, or rally the troops to fight off the ex who did you wrong. I believe that all of life’s events should be experienced at their fullest.  To me - there is no halfway.

Raleigh Cheesy was created behind the idea that life is worth living to the fullest.

In 2019, I was a burnt out teacher who was feeling hopeless about the future of her career. I started making cheeseboards as a stress reliever and before I knew it, orders were pouring in and this “side hustle” was growing faster than I could ever imagine. I was able to quit my teaching job and pursue making cheeseboards full time. Art became my career.

And I’ve never looked back.

Our cheeseboards are built out of an overflow of that feeling - the feeling of experiencing all that life has to offer to their fullest potential.

We want these cheeseboards to be the way you celebrate a new promotion or comfort a grieving family member. We want them to feel both familiar and exciting, all at the same time. We want your life’s events, no matter how big or small, to be experienced at their fullest. And we believe one of the best ways to do that is with a cheeseboard in front of you.

 FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate almost every dietary request.

  • All you need to do is unwrap it, let it get to room temperature, and place some tongs or small forks out. Your guests will do the rest!

  • Boards are best eaten on the same day they are picked up. We do our best to make sure our boards are as fresh as possible so all boards are made within a few hours of pickup. Nothing will go bad on the board in a few days but some ingredients might not maintain their integrity. (Soggy strawberries are no fun for anyone!)
